TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

1. General information
This website ("Site") is managed by Atelier Cromatico, a creative studio specialized in custom illustrations, event stationery, digital products, branding, and graphic design services.
Use of the Site and the purchase of products or services imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and services
Atelier Cromatico offers:
downloadable digital products;
digital invitations and event stationery;
custom illustrations;
branding and graphic design services;
photography and creative services, where indicated on the Site.
The images on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Colors, print output, and display may vary depending on the device used, the monitor, and the printing materials chosen by the customer.
3. Orders and payments
An order is considered completed only upon receipt of payment.
Atelier Cromatico reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incomplete information, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent use.
Prices may be changed at any time without notice; any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Digital products
All digital products are delivered exclusively in electronic format.
No physical product will be shipped.
Delivery is made via direct download, dedicated link, or email, as indicated on the product page.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep a copy of the files received.
5. Custom services
For custom creative services, the customer agrees to provide photographs, texts, logos, and any other required material within a reasonable time.
Any delays in providing the material will result in a shift in production timelines.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates and do not constitute essential deadlines.
6. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated on the service page or in the quote, each project includes the expressly indicated number of revisions.
Change requests must be sent within 7 days of delivery of the draft.
Additional revisions or substantial changes compared to the initial brief may be subject to extra costs.
Once the final project is approved, any further changes will be considered a new job.
7. Customer non-response
If the customer does not respond to communications or does not provide the necessary material for more than 60 consecutive days, Atelier Cromatico may consider the project suspended or completed.
Any resumption of work may require a new quote or additional costs.
Amounts already paid will not be refunded.
8. License of use
The purchase of a digital product grants only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license.
Unless otherwise stated, it is permitted to:
use the product for personal use;
print the material for your own event;
edit only the text in the provided templates.
It is not permitted to:
resell, share, or distribute the files;
give them to third parties;
upload them to marketplaces or digital platforms;
use the illustrations as your own;
create derivative works intended for sale;
remove signatures, watermarks, or identifying elements;
use the files to train Artificial Intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated image generation services, without Atelier Cromatico’s written authorization.
9. Commercial license
Unless otherwise stated, all products are intended for personal use only.
Any commercial use requires the purchase of a specific commercial license or a written agreement with Atelier Cromatico.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including illustrations, photographs, logos, texts, layouts, digital products, graphic elements, and creative projects, is protected by Italian and international copyright laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property ownership.
Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.
11. Portfolio and promotion
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Atelier Cromatico reserves the right to use completed projects, including illustrations, invitations, branding, and photographs of the final products, for portfolio purposes, publication on the Site, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
For works containing personal data, private photographs, or confidential information, publication will take place only with the customer's consent.
12. Errors in customer-provided content
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, addresses, texts, and any other content provided.
After final approval of the project, Atelier Cromatico cannot be held responsible for any errors found later.
Correcting errors after approval may be subject to additional costs.
13. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Digital products
Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, once the download of the digital product has been made available, it will not be possible to request refunds.
Custom services
Deposits paid for custom services are non-refundable.
If the customer decides to stop the project after work has begun, Atelier Cromatico will be entitled to retain amounts proportional to the work already carried out.
Once the final files have been delivered, the service is considered completed.
14. Limitation of liability
Atelier Cromatico is not responsible for:
errors in texts provided by the customer;
improper use of the products;
incompatibility with software other than those indicated;
print results obtained from external print shops;
delays caused by email services, payment platforms, or third-party providers;
temporary interruptions of the Site due to maintenance or force majeure.
15. Privacy
Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable regulations and as stated in the Privacy Policy published on the Site.
16. Changes to these Terms
Atelier Cromatico reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective from the date they are published on the Site.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the court having jurisdiction will be the one provided for by applicable consumer protection regulations.
If the customer does not qualify as a consumer, exclusive jurisdiction will be the Court of Potenza.
